Consider a Low Noise Amplifier designed using a Microwave transistor.......how does this circuit act as a low noise amplifier...i.e..,how does an amplifier circuit act as a low noise amplifier....
 

It is the choice of the transistor that governs the amount of noise, not the circuit.
Some transistors are made or are selected for low noise.
