Low cost and best AC to DC conversion

Hi,
Can any one give me the solution for low cost and best AC to DC conversion method. output current is 100mA.
 

what will be the approx cost for this.it should operate for 50/60Hz
 

Do you need current source instead? AL9910 from Diodes Incorporated is the simplest I found so far. Again, unfortunately it's non-isolated topology. Just google the datasheet, it gives you complete circuit for typical application. Cheap as!
 

My specification is as follows 100-260V AC input 50/60Hz output 5V/100mA
