tny267 price

Hi!

I design various types of control instruments.

I need a extremely low cost smps power supply capable of delivering 200mA at +/- 5V and the input should be universal input i.e. 90V to 275VAC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Bye!

adaptor rcc design

See Topswitch from PowerIntegrations

TOP is good choice for these adaptor, but not low cast.maybe a RCC converter is good choice, only need about 2-3 transistors.maybe a PWM controller, such as uc3843 and a mosfet is cheaper than TOP switch.
best wishes.

I recommanded the RCC circuit.
I think this lowest price solution in the market.

I use for this
TNY266 and TNY267
and is work fine for 12/1A..
see application note for this
i can help you

Hi! jmk69006

Thanks for your reply.

Can you give me the details - preberably schematic with pcb layout if possible.

Bye!

do you mean AC2AC converter?

anyone tried ph1l1ps greenplug series. THis IC includes a mosfet so makes a real cheap smps design

Re: AC adaptor design

I think low cost design. I'm favor with RCC but the lack of information needed to design such one is a trade off...

I similar to flyback but the pwm controller is in discrete mode...

Check delta power electronics, you might such one.
