700W Preheater

76_1261605078.jpg

assumption was to create preheater with smoothly temperature regulation, at low cost.
Heater bar
Made up of spiral after some old electric heater, with 700W. spiral is placed in channel that is rut in building block ( aerated concrete) because it’s great thermal isolator and it’s easy make.

Casing:
Is a bottom part of decoder

Rest of casing made up of metal sheet

Spiral is evolve on screws. Net is made up of steal screen.

Grounding
Power cable is 3 phase, connect to casing by switcher, net is also connect with casing at back side. For safety reasons this kind of protection should be made!
Electric
Temperature steering system is a very simple diagram of adjustable LED blinker that turn on relay. Temperature on scale is measured right above net and can reach 400 degrees. Power of steering system is a chipset from phone charger.
Finish
Casing is painted by black spray. Please do not look at splashes – it’s just dust and fingers, after clean it’s very nice.
