loop powered 4 20ma

I need schematic for design of loop powered 4-20mA transmitter(output section )

I need solutions with opamp,REF,Reg,Transistor(discrete )

Looks for TI XTR115 4-20mA loop transmitter and Analog AD627 data sheet for application note on how to make 4~20mA receiver and transmitter
