Can anyone send me various audio codecs such as G.711,G.723 etc and there respective programs in C or C++

Alternativly, you can download algorithm description and source code of the AMR codec for free at https://www.3gpp.org.
The index number of which is 26.071, 26.073, 26.090 & 26.104.

There seems to be some bugs on floating point version.
Is there any bug free version free on the internet?

For ITU code, you need pay $ to get it from the internet. If you work for a company, and your company is a member of ITU, you could get it free.
