Help on P&R

Can someone refer me to a good site which has tutorial about P&R. I'm looking for a detailed information on topics like physical optimization, area based optimization, physical synthesis. crosstalk analysis. if you can refer a good book that will also b a gr8 help.

You can read the user guide (or reference manual) of Apollo/Astro. There is description in detail of those you mentioned.

There are many books of P&R in this server. I have download a book named "layout basic". It's very useful, I think.
