hI,
Is there tutorials/ckt for wall adapter of 12v/18v 3A/2A dc from 230v/50hz.
What i understood that, capacitor power supply not provide such current and Power transformer will get more weight and costly & more space occupied. Then only thing is that use of SMPS transformer FOR THAT which is used for all type of wall adapters.

Could you please leave some link for designing the same.
tnx.

That is such a broad question as to be meaningless. And what is a "capacitor power supply"?

I THINK what you are asking for is design for a SMPS, is that right? All you have to do is perform an internet search for "SMPS design". Try it! It's easy!!

You could also look at chip manufacturer's websites for designs: TI, Analog Devices, etc.

Hi,

There are companies producing and selling electronic SMPS chips.
Thus companies are interested that they make a lot of money, thus they are interested that electronic engineers use their parts in their designs.
Thus they support the engineers with a lot of informatiins regarding their ICs.
They provide:
* selection guides
* datasheets
* application notes
* simulation tools
And a lot of other useful informations.

So if you want to build an SMPS (or any other electronic circuit) go to the semiconductor manufacturers and look for informations.
