TURTLE GRAPHICS

please i need a turtle graphics programme in visual C++. i.e.an arrray is filled with 20 by 20 with zeros. a turtle moves over it with pen in either up or down position.when the pen is in down position the array is filled with one on those points otherwise it remain zero.
please help me in it.
