Remote control for PC!

Hi, I'm a Vietnamese's student and i researching about PC remote.
Can you help me about it? If yes can you send me some SOURCE CODE (written by VC++ 6.0) and circuit-board's picture to design a ir receiver. (I'm a student so i don't have enough money to buy a IR RECEIVER). Thank you very much...!

It's not vc++ 6 but you can find a lot of things here
http://www.lirc.org/ or simply type lirc in google

I've build the UIR **broken link removed** but the link is in "lirc.org"
