There are many circuits varying in complexity. From simple logic inverters design to very stable reference clock circuits controlled by ovens. What is your need?

Please take a look in the following book:

"The Art of Electronics, Horowitz & Hill, 2nd edition, page 302"

here you will find 4 simple cristal oscillators enough for moust applications...
