LED flashlight

to make a led turn on and off you need a component which works as a timer with on and off the simplest way is to use the 555 timer in the astable configuration what you need is the ic some resistors and capacitor R and C will deermine the on and off time of the led if you are a hobby in electronics just check 555 timer on the net and you will find a lot of info

Re: LED flashlight

thanks for the sites...

i've heard about various LED materials, but how to differ between each material?

Re: LED flashlight

You can make a Two LED Flasher with No 555 timer or Microcontroller
Just use approriate capacitors and Chill

I m adding the GIF Here plz download

Re: LED flashlight

how to calculate the components value if the input is 12 or 24v DC?

Re: LED flashlight

Look up in "The Art of Electroncis", you wil find out the answer.

When using LM555, it is much easier as LM555 datasheet and many other document related LM555 will show the circuit and how to calculate the componetns.
