Looking for schematic for a device that records voice on PTT

I need a schematics for a device that records all voice calls on PTT line , and download the records on PC .
I want after download , to listen these records at my speaker on PC.
Who know if is possible to make this and how?
It is a site where I can to find a software and this device?

You can use APR6008. It can Voice Recoder/Play 8 mins and 128 sectors. But It must control by MPU via SPI bus. I had use MSP430F149 to control it before. If you want to know more information. Please mail for me.
