RF pads and ESD

Hi
I am designing an RF receiver in 0.25um TSMC CMOS process. Can someone suggest me some good pad and ESD design tutorial for RF(5GHz) application. Are there any freely downloadable pads and ESD protection circuits on the net.
Thanks for your help

Re: RF pads and ESD

it is not a simple issue to provide some solution. you can try small diodes, try filters (which filters the lower frequency ESD~<1GHz), or select a less ESD sensitive architecture. will try to post some papers on this topic..you can do it without much problems as it is on a 0.25um technology.
good luck

Re: RF pads and ESD

Thanks a lot for your reply. Please do send me any documents you have regarding ESD protected pads. Also it would be great if I could get some readymade ESD protected pads from somewhere.
