Hello,
I want to make RF module. Please suggest me web site from where I will get circuit and other info. I am making project for PC to PC data communication and data rate is 9600. Please suggest some thing for the project.

You have manny options:
1. Nordic (I think that for low range devices it's better one) - http://www.nvlsi.com/ (you'll find solutions for: 433/868/915MHz and 2.4GHz and works great!)
2. search on atmel site
3. search on microchip
...

Chipcon works good but the price for the board will be more than 100$.....I develop a transceiver with MAX2420 and the cost for this will be around 20$..in the next week I will make all test and I will know if my transceiver will be 100% of what I want

I do not want to purchase ready made RF modules, I want to build one by my self. So from where I will get its circuits and detailes. My application is PC to PC data transfer and data transfer rate is 9600.
