I've been searching for project boxes and have come up empty. Some very closes sizes but they are either just too small internally our just too large. My PCB is 2.5" by 3.7" and height only needs to be about 1-2".

I've found a few boxes that will work, but they are larger and cost much more than I want to pay and they don't need to be waterproof.

Looking for suggests on where I can get project boxes at reasonable prices (i.e. less than $8 per box).

Cheers, Rob.

"Bud boxes" used to be about the only game in
town but now there are many sources of project
cases, trying to be pretty and expensive. I used
to get most of mine at Radio Shack (RIP) just
for convenience.

I'd bet that there are many options at the usual
distributors, but I may not (and you may not)
be calling them by their "proper" name. Could
be "case", "enclosure" (though that usually
means bigger), "box", etc. If you find out what
industry likes to call them, then there are
probably many on eBay and electronics surplus
places just hiding in plain sight.
