looking for phase shifter chip working about 150MHz to 400 M

I have been looking for such a chip for several days. SMD or SMD is preferred.

However I counldn't find it.

So if anybody know such product, please let me know

I think will be hard to find one in SMD format that cover entire range.

Hi Friends
I am looking for a switching beamforming system with butler matrix (8X8)for phsae shifting in 2GHz.

Any idea or any shematic will be helpful.
