can u please tell me good papers for led/lcd drivers. please tell me for cmos technology.if possible tell me some good papers.tnx in advance

well, google CMOS LXD DRIVER DATASHEET will find a lot of good info.
Otherwise you should spec which display.. Dot matrix, 4 Digit (like a DVM), 20 Character Serial ??

Consider using serial driven display modules, they are way simpler.
