Linux EDA benchmark - ?

Hi All,

I've been wondering if there exists a Linux EDA benchmark. Does anyone know of such a beast? I was thinking of something along these lines:

hspice run
synopsys synthesis run
verilog run
DRC run

Some sort of X window test with EDA tools.

Re: Linux EDA benchmark - ?

I have locked many times for EDA benches but it seems to difficult to compare e.g. spice simulators because to make them run on the same netlist requires big effort.

For machine/os matlab uses the "bench" command. It is easier than running a spec2000.
