I am trying to design the LNA for UWB from 3GHz to 10GHz roughly. I am trying to use the CG stage. Can anyone please suggest some good links related to circuits or architectures related to this

kind of late now, but check abidi/niknejad recent papers from isscc2004

from McGill University. there is a presentation slide (a pretty new one, 2004, may), talking about some appraches to design UWB LNA. they are indeed understandable, but i don't know whether their approach is excellent.
