Is there any book or reference on how to write rule deck.

You can read the openbook. There are a lot of files about it.
Also, you can read some exit rule, and modified it to fit you

The verification tool's manual will give complete informations for writing rule deck.

yes,there is standard rule file .

that is SVRF rule file.

SVRF means standard verification rule file.
just go through the manual .there are syntax given in that.

SRC rule is from FAB. Extraction rules are logic combination of layers. Normally it is inside of user manual of the tool
