I am looking for IC layout editing tools. Can anyone suggest me some. I am new to layout editing.

for analog layout: M/e/n/t/o/r IC/St@tion or C/A/D/E/N/C/E IC LAyout plus (Layout Accelerator)

for digital blocks: /C/A/D/E/N/C/E: silicon_ensemble (better ultra_se or si_se)

The most classic IC layout tool is Cadence virtuso . But some new tools ,such as Laker is also popular,especially in Taiwan .

I think Virtuoso is one of the best layout tools.

Laker is developed by taiwan company - Springsoft(Novas).

Virtuoso display speed is too slow when layout database is more larger.

Laker has better display speed when you need to zoom in and zoom out.
