IC Design Tool.....???

I need a IC design tool to run on Windows XP, to test Analog Circuits. Which tool is the best and available freely??? I tried downloading the SPICE version from the berkeley site, but I don't know hot to compile it an duse it???
ANy suggestions would be really helpful.
