so far i've been working with 8051 alp using keil uvision2
can any one suggest a good book for c for 8051 which is code compatible with keil

Hi

Keil uvision has a good C programming guide in pdf format on it.
you can use it, but it is too large, you can use it step by step and
as a quick reference, i think if you know c programming, you can
use it's samples best for getting started. the manual is in the link below too:
