MMIC Power Amplifiers

Hello

Does anyone have any example projects from schools or thesis on MMIC (ie >10GHz) Power Amplifiers on Chip as MMIC's ?

Thanks!

ie. GaAs pHEMT, GaAs MESFET, HBT, etc.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

I directed a student on designing a power distributrd amplifier.
Do you like to have the material?

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

yes please you can send me a private message and then i can send you an email where you can send the material.

what kind of frequencies ?

i am looking for millimeter wave

MMIC Power Amplifiers

Hey Puppet1..

Also check out books uploaded by eirp in MCU\userfiles\eirp\ some very good books on designing of MMIC and RFIC.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

thanks i will

but i need a report of some kind on a millimeter wave PA -- like over 20GHz using GaAs technology.

Class A probably, with a design procedure.

probably using the methods in the JLB Walker book on high power gaas fet design.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

I have 2 to 20GHz Distributed amplifier.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

sounds good can you post that

thanks

(2-20GHz Distributed Amplifier)

what process ?

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

It is GaAs PHEMT 0.25u process.
I have the sammary document if you want.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

please upload there,thanks.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

Unfortunatly I found the student wrote the work not in English. I think it would difficault to understand.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

Hi,
what do you think about a PA @ 10GHz. Unfortunatly is a narrow band PA (9-11 GHz). If this device agreed with your need you can contact me.

Good luck,

Bye.

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

sure i would love that

let me know

Re: MMIC Power Amplifiers

hello is anyone reading this thread ?

thanks!
