Looking For Electronic Schematic Editor

Dear people,

I'm looking for a Electronic Schematic Editor software to do my thesis report. I need a software that have large collection of devices and when I put in word, I have the quality schematic as people published in electronic journals, etc IEEE.
Please recommmend me some good software for this. I have tried Microsoft Visio, but there is not much devise, etc CMOS and so on.

try ExpressPCB. a schematic tool called ExpressSCH is contained.

I found some of the scheamtic programs for Linux veru useful. If you write in Latex then you could check this link

Even if using word there are some hints.
