Looking for documents about H.264 implementation on a DSP

H.264 on a DSP, help

Is implementation of H.264 codec available on any DSP (say Analog, TI, ST or any other DSP). Code in C is available which can be executed on windows. But i am looking for the implementation on a DSP with some documentation? Any pointers in this regard are welcome.

H.264 on a DSP, help

1. uses powerful dsp(perfered with multimedia accelarator, e.g. TI DM642)
2. assemble code can get more perferemce than c code.
