Can you inform me the pros and cons of those techs to help me decide... Also, are there any commercial CMOS PA products on the market? I would appreciate any advices/links/circuit examples that would help me on that. Thanks,

There seems to be some patent in its design... so you may check papers of IEEE, there are a lot of papers on CMOS PA
