Looking for commercial product for 802.11

Hi,
I am looking for a commercial product that implements the 802.11 protocol. Moreover, I want it to have the possiblillity to overcome the existing MAC protocol and use another one, created by me. As I have searched to the net I haven't found such possibillity. If anynone knows such a product I would be very grateful. Thanx!
 

Try Linksys series WRT54 it develop with linux platform.
