Looking for color LCD initialization code in C

I want to drive a Color STN with UC1681(controlling chip) but I know almost nothing about CSTN.

I have driven monochrome LCD before but it seems a lot of difference between color LCD and monochrome LCD, especially in initialization and data patterns.

Somebody can give me a simple code in C language for initialization?

Somebody can give me a translation tool that translates a color bmp file to hex in 8 bits mode, 12 bits mode, 16 bits mode and 24 bits mode ?
