copiler of c

Do you want a C compiler that runs on Windows and generates Windows programs?

I normally use MinGW, but it is based on GCC, so installation and operation can be confusing to a newbie.

Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition (plus the Windows Platform SDK) is monstrous bloatware, but it's a good compiler, and it's free. It compiles both C++ and C.
