All,
I'm looking for information on thermodynamic theory as applied to PCBs. Are there any good PCB design books, or thermodynamic books that address design considerations of PC boards?
Such problems include the heat dissipation through the leads of a device, use of fans for cooling, different materials used on PCBs and their thermal conduction properties.
I know a lot of this information can be found on the net - many in the form of app notes, etc. But I don't want to spend the next weeks/months hunting and pecking for this information. Is there a one-stop-shop for this information?
