Would you mind tell where can I find some basic introductin knowledge about SDRAM (architecture,timing....)?

jedec have the interface standard for SDR/DDR SDRAM

I think that one of the best locations is Micro web site. There you can find lot's of datasheets for different kinds of SDRAM devices. some of the data sheets are big ( more than 1 mbytes) these data sheet contain full description of a SDRAM operation. some others contain just important timings.
Jedec, also seems to be good.
