hi friend I am looking for information about a chip in my electronic board that has been written on it as below:

where can I find it?

also I want to learn how can I discover the program that is implemented on an "ATF16V8BQL" CPLD? it is on my board.

This could be a special IC made for a certain purpose only by Atmel because I searched for it and couldn't find anything.
