Looking for a simple frequency mulitplier

any one has simple frequncy multiplier cct. i want gen 1Mhz from 50kHz square wave

This is a 20x multiply. The circuit that would be the lowest parts count and have the smallest spurious output would be a simple one IC PLL circuit with a divide by 20 in the external feedback.

For this application you can use MM74HC4046 (CMOS Phase Lock Loop)
