I am looking for a power amplifier ic to build a signal processing circuit.
The maximum output power is required to be 500mW, and the bandwidth is about 300kHz.
Is anyone here can give me some advice? Thank you very much:)

depending on the voltage swing levels and the load resistance, your chioces would vary, but I think that a current feedback opamp like AD844, or some voltage feedback opamp like LM7372 would do the job quite perfectly (the latter has a 20MHz large signal bandwidth). AD has an opamp which provides upto 750mA output current in some 100MHz bandwidth.
