Hi,
Can anybody help me in finding a Simulator for the Microchips 32 bit processors? Something similar to Oshone soft's PIC Simulator IDE for PIC 16 series? MPLAB Sim is helpful, but, I can't find anything on simulating the Analog inputs within it.

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks,
Leo John Thomas

Hi,

It's not something I have used but as you can see from this section of MPLAB SIM Help it is there - I think you have to set up a 'Stimulus' on the adc pin.

32-bit Core (PIC32) Peripherals
The following PIC32MX peripheral modules are simulated:

Input Capture/Output Compare
Change Notify
Interrupts
Timers
IO Ports
Comparators
PWM
A/D Converter
UART

Couldn't find any other options/tools other than the one in MPLAB itself. Please update if some other tool comes up with a visually intuitive feel and features!

Regards,
Le

Sorry but i do not know none.

But i hope for the same thing!

The Labcenter Proteus have a nice simulator for Pic16, Pic18 and even for DsPic33F series,
i hope soon it will come to a simulator for Pic32 parts too.

Best regards!
