Hello elcielo,

you can get a lot of information about a PCI HW design from the companies which are manufacturing PCI controllers and PCI Cores for FPGAs.

For examples: PLX, Quicklogic, AMCC, Xilinx, Altera, ...

Of cource you should look into the PCI Specification from the PCI-SIG.

Please search the forum for more information, too.
