Looking for a paper about spiral inductor

hi,all:

I am looking for a certain paper about spiral inductor.
I have ever heard other people talking about that, the content is about
using multi-layer metal to form a 3-D inductor.

What is special about this paper is that the each turn of the inductor,in this paper, goes in different metal layer. For example, the outest turn goes in top-metal(m6), and the next turn goes down to m5, then back to m6 for the next turn.
If any people have ever seen the paper and call still recall the name or anthor, I will be very
grateful. thanks!

(why don't I try to find it on IEEE is that I have tried but failed to find it, so faint!)
 

It is hard to pin down which paper you may be looking for. I think you may be referring to the first one listed below. The second is a different configuration, but is multilayer:
