Hi all,

I'm looking for a good text editor for verilog design. gVim & Emacs have too long learning curve.
Do you have to propose some convinient text editor for Linux platform?

Re: Text Editor [Linux]

Trust me, if you're serious about HDL design (on any platform) then learn to use emacs. You should be able to learn enough to be productive in a few hours, and it will save you time in the long run.

Text Editor [Linux]

don't give up vi(vim), it's the best. try it.

Text Editor [Linux]

you can try nedit or kate.

Re: Text Editor [Linux]

you can use joe. It's easy to use.

Regards
