I want a circuit diagram of Human shock breaker.which will work when any one touches the phase not nutral only phase the circuit breaker will disconnectet the line & the man is safe.i want to use it at my home.can any one help me pls give me the circuit diagram

shock human circut diagrams

To ensure a man is safe you NEED to disconnect both the Phase & Neutral.

I would use an approved & tested RCD, not build my own. By the time you build a couple of dozen of these - because you would extensively and DESTRUCTIVELY test your mechanics and electronics to ensure safety - it just isn't worth it.

Then you would need to provide test results and more samples plus testing fees to your government electrical body for them to give you an approval certificate to connect to the network.

human sensitivity to shock loads

There is an idea from italian b-ticino.
When the socket is empty the voltage between tghe poles is 12 V or similar.
When you insert the plug, the circuit test for lekage and if everithing is OK it delivers the mains voltage ( here 230 V ).
The circuiti is quite small, say 2 * 4 * 2 cm, it works up to 16 A current and is working well.
Actually it is embedded insude the socket.
I have no idea about the schematic diagram, but is solt at about 15 Dollars ( 12 Euro ) each.

rcd breaker diagram

Do not confuse leakage between phase - which determines if a load is attached and is usually determined by a DC offset applied with or without an AC waveform with Earth leakage - which determines if current on all phases including Neutral is not balanced.

One is for Green 'power saving', the other 'Life saving'.

shock breaker

The one I have mentioned it is for "life saving" because at the insertion of the plug on the socket it checks the circuit for lekage ( even the uman body ) and only after this control it dlivers the 230 Vac.

In this way it check for the "indirect contact" ; of course it cannot check for "direct contact" after the 230 Vac is delivered.

shock breaker circuit

There r GFCI(Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter)But its sensitivity is very poor.i want such as the difference betn live and neutral willbe micro amp level .
Thnk Fant for ur response.can u give the company name product model with spacification.if they have any site the web address.
