Looking for a boundary scan insertion tool

I am wondering if there is any EDA tool to automatically insert the boundary scan?

BSD Compiler (part of Design Vision) can do it.

Mentor has also a boundary tool to generate RTL or netlist code. This tool came from Tessent tool (LogicVision) acquisition.
