Looking for a book about inverter designs in LCD monitors

hello everybody
anyone can help me to find an academic study XXXXXXXXXXXX which study well,the inverters designs (topology) using in the LCD monitor (CCFL load of course):
1) Buck Royer inverter.
2) Push pull inverter.
3) Half Bridge inverter.
4) Full Bridge inverter.
and the light tuning methods using inverter IC.
