looking for 74189 example showing internal flip flop design

I am looking to see if I can find the actual logic circuits for a 74189 static ram IC.
The closest I have got is this **broken link removed**
which only shows the block diagram.
I wanted to see the actual logical flip flop design.
I suppose the amount of logic within this IC maybe to complicated for it to be broken down in a schematic so I am basically looking for an equivalent example, simpler if possible.
Anyone any ideas?
