Hi everyone, I am trying to repair a circuit board that is about 10 years old which has a failed power supply module. The module in question is an ST Micro GS-R51212. It looks like a big heat sink that takes 40v max dc input and provides 2 12volt and one 5.1v outputs.
I can't seem to find the module in stock at any of the big providers so I am wondering what the experts would suggest. Could I just put a few 5 and 12v voltage regulators on the board to replace this? Is there anyone that stocks old parts who might have one in stock? Any other ideas?
The datasheet for the part in question can be found here.

"20W TRIPLE OUTPUT STEP-DOWN
SWITCHING REGULATOR"
Thanks!
