Hello

I need info (for buy) of rf modems with >=20km communication range and can send data at 9600 baud,if it have a voice channel it is better.

worked at 1200 bps, is available also as modem

I need more links.

The modem should have rs232 input and output power be enough for 20 km in outdoor using.

I think you should contact your nearest Amateur Radio Club.
"HAM's" still use a lot of 1200 and 9600 baud modems.
