Looking for 1mb-2mb flash memory for a microchip

Looking for FLASH Memory

Hello!
I'm looking for flash memory of around 1Mb or 2Mb capacity to store some data. This flash memory will be connected to a microchip micon using serial connection. Can someone suggest me a good flash chip which is available in small quantities at low pricing ?

you can download flash model from samsong or toshiba.

I suggest ST M25Pxx. Its SPI 8 pin component.

xx is 05 for 0.5Mb, 10 for 1Mb and 20 for 2Mb.

It's true Flash not Eeprom!
