I need cell library and layout in 0.5 or 0.6um process for an old design. Please PM me if anyone have a link to ftp.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to all!

.5 and .6 technology? So less now.
Why not use higher technology for layout?
Now .5 and .6 technoilogy disappeared in many industry!

.5u and .6u might seem to be obsolete to digital design. But they work well for analog design. Sometimes the latest process technology doesn't benefit analog/mixed-signal design.

Hej, you forget price and size !!!

Form small sice I don't want to pay the pad area at the cost of a 0.09um price for a small die!

How about .35 or .18? where can I get it free?

Thanks a lot

0.8 and 1.0 are in demand too

All 4 5 and 6 inch wafer fab are at full cacity now because high demand on analog parts. Some time these analog parts need small logic operation. that is why I am looking for these old libraries. Anyone has 0.8 or 1.0 1p2m?
