i have an assignment of designing any device which use three stage
1. transduction stage 2.signal conditioning stage 3. presentation stage, the designing must use op amp 741, anyone who can help me with simple circuit and some explanation

You should probably post this in the elementary electronics questions section but here you go:

1. transduction stage: Some kind of sensor that converts a physical parameter into an electrical signal. For instance a microphone converts sound vibration into electrical signals.

2.signal conditioning stage: Used to either couple the sensor output into a usable signal such as amplification or to match particular characteristics of a sensor to the amplifier to allow correct or more accurate operation. Example; The output signal of the microphone is very small and easily attenuated by long cable, so you amplify and use the high input resistance of the op-amp to reduce signal loss.

3. presentation stage: In this example the presentation might be a speaker or possibly a voltage meter.

Hope this helps. Your class reff material should guide you in the right direction or browse the internet for basic op-amp projects. A very simple project might be a solar power sensor to convert light intensity to a usable range of voltage display that equals watts/meter or whatever..
