Logic probs for74hc137 proteus

Hello
I tried to find out the logic behavior of 74hc137 using proteus. But I am not getting correct sequence. Please Look at picture. I think I am not taking correct logic probs please help me

Hi,

* PIN5 is low active (mind the dot) --> connect it to "0" (= E2 on your schematic, but E1 on NXP datasheet!)
* PIN6 is low active --> connect it to "1" (= E1 on your schematic, but E2 on NXP datasheet!)

Pin naming is really confusing....

nothing change. Only one output of decoder should be high.
